David Holeman was born the 7th of April, 1950 in (Person County) Rougemont, North Carolina. He is son of the late Mr. Standley Holeman and Mrs. Mallie Hamlett Holeman. David siblings consist of four brothers and four sisters. David Holeman was educated in the Durham Public School System. Later he graduated from North Carolina Central University, Durham, North Carolina with a Business Administration & Management Degree, BBA. Brother Holeman was made a Mason the 21st day of May 1984 in Durham, North Carolina as a member of Doric Lodge No. 28. Being dedicated to the craft, Brother Holeman advanced to Sublime Prince April 27, 1986 in Durham Consistory No. 218, Durham, North Carolina. Brother Holeman continued his dedication to the craft and was created as a Noble of Zafa Temple No. 176 A.E.O.N.M.S., Durham, North Carolina. Brother David Holeman continues his commitment to the craft to this day. He has served as Administrative Assistant/Accountant with the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of North Carolina for 10 years. Brother Holeman is presently the Grand Treasurer for which he has served 11 years.
Brother Holeman retired from Duke University Medical Center after 25 Years of service in the pharmacy department. During his years of retirement, Brother Holeman continues to support the craft with devotion of his time to Prince Hall.
